The Brits have Greggs, and the French have Paul. Sad. Fortunately, after over 100 years of French boulangerie reign, Paul jumped on the Eurostar and landed on British shores. Paul’s food is so good, people actually contact them demanding they open shops in their area, mais oui, that’s how good the food is. Their chocolate éclairs are the best you get this side of the Channel.
